Arturo provides field management and working superintendent services on our projects and works closely with our trades’ partners to assure the highest quality construction and schedule efficiencies. He is also exceptional at keeping jobs sites clean daily.

Grant and Arturo have been working together for 20+ years, and his care and catch-all skills allow Vertical | Design+Build to execute at the highest level of quality and efficiency. We couldn’t do what we do without Arturo! Prior to starting with Grant, Arturo’s attention to detail and winning personality afforded him success with local homeowners providing carpentry and home renovation services. He remains in high demand with them, as well as with all of our clients for special projects and on-going home maintenance.
