Brad Thurman

Brad’s role at Vertical | Design+Build is focused on providing Construction Management Services coordinating the quality performance of construction field and project operations and enhancing day-to-day communications and logistics to all team members, stakeholders, and our clients. He is the daily face of Vertical | Design+Build at your home.

Brad was raised on a farm in the Midwest and learned the value of hard work at a young age. After college, he spent several years in the building supply industry, then went to work as a General Contractor, learning the home building business. By mid-career he was able to operate his own land development and home building business for many years where he learned the true meaning of customer service. After raising their family, Brad and his wife Debbie made the move to Florida in 2016 where Brad has been involved with both home building and real estate. 

Brad’s knowledge of building supplies, home building experience, and commitment to customer service make him a great fit with Vertical | Design+Build’s core values.
